Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated May 22, 1963 partially reads, "Paul Posti, a Van Nuys chef, thinks too many cooks have an "I don't care" attitude. "They take eating for granted," Posti said. Cooking and eating can be fun if you make them fun." He believes that a woman should use the same ideology in cooking as she does when she dresses. "Just as she matches her clothes, so should she match her menus so that the foods go together [sic]."
