A set of several cottages on Petaluma Avenue, in Sebastopol, California. 524 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 cottage (fomerly APN 004-094-004, now multiple APNs); 534 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 cottage (APN 004-094-005); 534 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 Queen Anne (APN 004-094-005); 568 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 cottage (APN 004-094-009); 612 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 Queen Anne (APN 004-094-010); and 622 Petaluma Avenue is a 1900 Queen Anne (APN 004-094-011).Included in Multiple Resources S1-4 "i"; see page 423.
