Gold Past Commander, Knights Templar jewel: emblazoned passion cross with a cross patée in the center, which is, in turn, surmounted by a skull and cross bones. In Hoc Signo Vinces--"By this sign conquer" surrounds the death head. Cross is suspended from a gold name plate with scrolling and surmounted by a crown. Worth Commandery No. 19 stretches across it. This commandery is in Fort Worth, TX.
