Photograph caption dated December 5, 1941 reads, "These are the cups that will be awarded in the contest finals to be held in Manual Arts High School Auditorium. At left is the cup that will go to the school of the first place winner and which will become permanent trophy of that school on winning it three times. At right is the cup awarded to the first place winner. Speakers will discuss some phases of the subject, "America and World Peace."
