Photograph caption dated October 29, 1963 reads, "Scene: AT [sic] the Burbank home of Mrs. Leo Day, members of the Burbank Valley Garden Club gathered for their annual Floral Headdress Parand [sic] to welcome prospective members. 'Song Titles in Flowers' was the theme for the day with members competing to see who could create the most unusual headdress. Mrs. Ora Flint, president, welcomed guests with Gloria Dea Shulem, vice president."
