Old shelf number: eph J4-8(3). Mainly to show land owned by the Southern Pacific Railway. Blue lands are for sale. Red lands "are reserved from sale on the supposition that they may contain petroleum." (Good guess around Taft.) Submap: California. Stamp: S. P. R. R. Co. Land Dept. Mar 21. 1900.
