Proponents of defeating Proposition 64 at the Billy DeFrank Center: (left-to-right) unidentified man, Terry Christensen, Wiggsy Siversten, Delaine Eastin, and Ken Yeager.
Terry Christensen was a San Jose State University professor.Wiggsy Sivertsen co-founded BAYMEC and GALA, the Gay and Lesbian/Bisexual Student Alliance at SJSU, and helped organize the first indoor Gay Pride Day Celebration at SJSU in 1975.Delaine Eastin later served as the California State Superintendent of Public Instruction from 1995 to 2003. Ken Yeager was later elected to the San Jose City Council and to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors.
