Two tall stone pillars flank the main entry to the property, while a low stone wall separates the structure from the sidewalk. Several palm trees line the sidewalk, and additional trees and plants are visible on the property. The building is three-story spanish style. Manhole cover visible in street. The building was used as a retirement home.
