Isobel Scott was the wife of David Clement Ruffelle Scott, she died in Mozambique on the 30th March 1895 on her way home, she was the sister of John Bowie, medical missionary at Blantyre, died 1891, and Harriet Bowie who was married to Henry Henderson, pioneer of Blantyre mission.
