The body of a construction worker (left) killed when he fell into a 50-foot shaft can be seen covered with a white sheet along the left. A construction crew was working in rebuilding a septic tank at a private residence located at 32402 Pacific Coast Highway near the Ventura County line, when the man who was standing at the top, reportedly lost his balance, resulting in the fatal fall. Boards cover up the hole in front of a front-loading tractor. Photograph dated October 28, 1988.
