Description
The caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on March 21, 1971 states: "Work is now about 40 per cent completed on the $25 million interchange in Stockton between Interstate 5 and the crosstown freeway. Above (subject photo) is a section of the elevated highway near where it ends abruptly at Lincoln Street. Below a workman makes progress on the project which is due to be completed next year."
