Arthur D. Spearman, S.J., standing next to Mission Santa Clara marker cross erected by James A. Colligan, S.J. in 1921. This cross, located at Old Spanish Bridge on the banks of the Guadelupe River, is inscribed with location of Site A and Site B of Mission Santa Clara.
