Description
Photograph of an exterior view of a local duplex residence located at 830-832 South Sycamore Avenue, 1927. The two-story building can be seen at center. The building shows a sloped, tiled roof and a few stairs that lead to the front door. A balcony can be seen on the second story at right, while an arch can be seen on the first story at left. Rectangular windows are visible throughout, while a small grass lawn is visible in front. Small trees and bushes grow directly in front of the building. Weeds can be seen in a lawn at right, while part of a second building can be seen at left. Later photo shows home in 1939: USC-0-1-1-1649.
Printed on back of photoprint: "Leo P. Schaefer Co., mortgage loan correspondent, Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, 900 Pacific Southwest Bank Bldg., Spring at Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California".
