Photograph article dated November 22, 1960 partially reads, "Valley manufacturers will need 65 per cent more trained employes [sic] - almost four times the increase expected across the nation - during the next decade, a manpower survey showed today. A preliminary report on the Valley's $28,000 survey of future company personnel needs also indicated that only 17 of 837 manufacturers in the area have training programs to supply them with trained workers."
