A message to Pentecostal churches which are a part of AUECandB. The message is written in style of appeal and warning concerning violation of the articles of the “August Agreement” in local united churches. The letter was directed to churches on 8th of December 1955 on behalf of Gavril Gavrilovich Ponurko and Mikhail Sidorovich But, by the staff of the AUECandB.
