Description
Profile of Tommy Thomsen, 1995 inductee into the Western Swing Hall of Fame. Thomsen, born and raised in Sonoma, sings and plays guitar with various musicians and bands in his self-proclaimed role as “Ambassador of Americana,” which for him, includes bluegrass, blues, hard country, Cajun, zydeco, and more. He plays for a Funky Fridays concert, opened by Wendy DeWitt, with drummer Kirk Harwood.
