Photograph caption dated June 16, 1962 reads "Mr. and Mrs. Clarence J. Riddle, Van Nuys residents since 1931, were honored on their golden wedding anniversary with a reception Sunday at the Van Nuys Woman's Club, 14836 Sylvan St., Van Nuys. The couple, who are originally from the Pittsburgh, Pa. area, have a daughter, Mrs. M. L. Stowell, manager of the Lankershim Escrow Co. in North Hollywood, and one son, James H., a senior engineer with Pacific Telephone. Riddle retired from the Mobil Oil Co. in 1953."
