Photo of 5 year old Thomas Leon Graham, whose mother, Barbara was put to death in San Quentin for murder, made a court appearance today. His unemployed bartender father sought approval of a $15000 waiver of the child's rights in a movie about her. Judge Schweitzer was reluctant to grant the petition, questioning Graham at length on his understanding of the full implications. He pointed out that the waiver released all the child's interests in the story as well as any possible claims for damage to his future. The judge signed, however on the father's insistence. The father and son live at 223 S. Flower Street.
