Description
Construction of concrete foundation floor for water reservoir, Mount Wilson. Four unidentified construction workers are working within the reservoir construction site; one weilds a wheelbarrow while another uses a smoothing tool. The poured concrete is seen on the left-hand side; teh wire mesh, uncovered by concrete, is seen at the right. Some of the construction workers are wearing coveralls; they are all wearing hats. An unidentified woman and young girl stand at the perimeter of the construction area. Trees are in the background.
