Description: Interior view of the Make Up Equipment room for Old Home and Betsy Ross Bread for Pioneer Baking Company. From left to right: The divider, the rounder and two moulders. The glass case shown top left, is the overhead proofer. The loaves of bread travel on belts in the overhead proofer for 8 minutes before going through the moulder. After going through the moulder the dough is panned.
