Description
Architectural rendering shows the newly completed $5,000,000 eight-story Union Bank Center at Wilshire Blvd. and Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills on October 8, 1959. The major tenant is Union Bank, which on this date opened its Beverly Hills-West Los Angeles regional head office in the new building. The bank occupies the lower level, ground floor, mezzanine and second floor space. Edward Rothschild and Arthur Gilbert are owners and developers.
