Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled “People Are Our Greatest Asset.” He begins by describing how to maximize potential in a team or group. He talks about the benefits of beginning in a low-paying job and working up to a better position in a company. He talks about the high turnover rate of boring and uninteresting jobs. Drucker discusses how good communication keeps employees productive. He ends the tape by talking about the roles of personal responsibility in the work place.
