Description: Judge Harlan G. Palmer, publisher of the Citizen-News, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of his purchase of the weekly newspaper, Hollywood Citizen, a consolidation of two former competing weeklies, the Hollywood Sentinel and the Citizen. Purchase was on April 1, 1911. This occasion was on April 2, 1951. With Judge Palmer is Mrs. Palmer.
