This photograph was featured on page 84 of Jane Morgan's "Electronics in the West" with this caption: "Ralph Heintz holding a 50-watt 'Radiotron' tube from what may be the first short-wave transmitter to be installed on an airplane - on the Pabco Flyer first, a few days later on the Dallas Spirit."
