Caption reads, "Lieut. Lee Morse of the WAC recruiting area of Southern California, who wears a snappy tropical worsted uniform while on duty in Los Angeles. Notice the fullness in the skirt,a feature of 'regulation' measurements for the women's army, to insure walking comfort." Photograph dated: August 14, 1943.
