Description
Photograph of the Tulare Court House in Visalia, 1900-1940. A tower with a dome is visible on top of the three-story building. A statue is perched on top of the dome, while two other statues stand on the peak of two eaves of the roof. Most of the windows have opened, striped cloth awnings shading them. A stairway at left leads to a covered entryway held up by several columns. The roof of this entryway forms a balcony on the second-story. Trees, benches, and a tall palm tree are visible in the grassy front lawn. A sidewalk runs around the courthouse to the left and right, while a dirt road is visible in the foreground. Trees are visible in the background.
