Photograph caption dated January 8, 1955 reads, "Ann Arnold, center, member of Highlanders and author of model bill on monorail, receives congratulations from Jack Anderson, program secretary of North Hollywood YMCA, and Arno Bender, of North Hollywood Optimists Club, after her bill won and made her assemblywoman among the delegation of six North Hollywood youngsters to be sent to Sacramento by Optimists Club, which will pay Miss Arnold's expenses."; See images #00115257 through #00115258 for all photos in this series.
