Description: "Industry officials from all parts of California and more distant points were present yesterday for an open house marking completion of the Seven-Up Bottling Co. of Sacramento's new plant at 2939 Academy Way. Owned by Harry and Millard Tonkin, the facility has an annual capacity of one million cases of soft drinks. Among the visitors at the opening was Ben H. Wells of St. Louis, head of the international Seven-Up organization"
