"The Olivetti Underwood Corp., has moved into this new building at 915 Howe Ave. occupying 3,200 of the structure's total 5,400 square feet of floor space. The firm's new manager, Michael L. Merrifield, reports the staff outgrew its old quarters at 1611 J St. and is about to expand from its present 14 persons. The building, designed by Angello-Vitello, Sacramento architects, was built by owner Donald Murchison and represents an investment, counting land, of more than $100,000. E. W. Christman and Dave Davelaar of Hal A. Dill Associates handled leasing negotiations"
