Description
Shown in circa 1995, the pictured section of K Street, between Seventh and Fourteenth streets, was converted into a pedestrian mall in the late 1960s. This section included two of the city’s finest old buildings, Weinstock's Department Store and the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
