Photograph article dated December 7, 1960 partially reads, "The manager of a North Hollywood market was arrested today on suspicion of grand theft after allegedly reporting a phony $1,407 holdup, police reported. Morris Frank Costa, 33, 16039 Knapp St., Sepulveda, broke down under questioning by skeptical officers and admitted filing the false report early this morning because he needed money to pay his bills, according to police.
