Title transcribed from negative; date based on theater marquee advertising the movie "Tenderloin," which opened in 1928, and the opening of the theater in 1928. This theater was also known as Warner Bros. Hollywood Theatre. It is now the Hollywood Pacific Theatre.(cinematreasures.org)
