Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 11, 1961 reads, "The Educational Meeting organized by the Associate Members of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, held Oct. 19, at the Encino Community Center, featured a 'round table' technique in which 10 separate tables were located at various points in the hall. Each was under the guidance of a moderator specializing in such subjects as 'Escrow Pitfalls,' 'Exchanges,' 'Trading-In Property,' 'Selling the Buyer,' 'Income Property,' 'Obtaining Listings.'" Moderators, who volunteered their time, were, from left, Lou Von Dyl, Sol Axelrod, Charles Crowe, Fred Becker, Don Hood, John Welker, Pete Marion, Sid Conkwright, Pat Patrick, Frank Carnicelli and Amelia Justice. The entire meeting was under the chairmanship of Sid Conkwright, educational chairman of the associate members. The meeting was attended by some 400 brokers, associates and allied members of the real estate profession."
