Description
View is looking outward towards the courtyard. The singer stands at gate which she claimed to have purchased in Italy, her country of origin. Property was purchased from Janis Development Co., and was remodelled twice by Wallace Neff. She called her house "Il Giojello," or "Little Jaurel." Date built: 1936. Architect: Wallace Neff, located at 201 Tilden Avenue.
