Original photograph is slightly warped.
Photograph caption dated July 15, 1958 reads "Dr. Charles R. Golthamer of Van Nuys displays oil painting, 'X-Ray Anatomy' which took second place honors in 21st annual art exhibition of American Physicians Art Association. Painting depicts radiologist's gloves, red goggles and books and skull overcast by green light of fluoroscope." The doctor had a basement office in his home at 13559 Burbank Boulevard, Van Nuys.
