Photograph caption dated December 12, 1953 reads, "Getting into mood of Christmas tree business are three wives of North Hollywood's Y's Men's Club members, called Y's Mennettes, left to right, Mrs. John G. Simmons, Mrs. Frank De Packh and Mrs. John D. Manross, with 'Y's Minnow' Timmy Manross. Timmy's father is club's Christmas Tree Committee chairman. Proceeds from tree sales at lot at 5142 Tujunga will go to YMCA boys' work fund.
