Description
This 1918 billhead served the Sacramento Cornice Works, located at Twenty-First and P streets. Founded by Swedish-born Frank Z. Ahl in 1916, the business contributed to the construction of Memorial Auditorium, The California Western States Life Insurance Building, and the Young Men's Christian Association building. Ahl retired in 1945.
