Description
Photograph a portrait compilation of the members of the Los Angeles City Council, 1902. The picture is a composite of nine individual portraits arranged in three columns of three: W. H. Pierce, 1st Ward Geo. P McLain, 2nd Ward Frank Walker, 3rd Ward P. W. Powers, Pres., 4th Ward Wm. M. Bowen, 5th Ward A. A. Allen, 6th Ward B.S. Lauder, 7th Ward R. A. Todd, 8th Ward and E. L. Banchard, 9th Ward. All of the men are similar in appearance, although Walker has a full beard, Bowen, Lauder and Todd are clean shaven, and Blanchard is bald.
