Director, Dr. Sigurd Aske, Norway, seen from the back, is giving a speech of the innovation process. (Haile Selassie, 1892-1975, Emperor of Ethiopia, 1930-74, when he was overthrown at a military coup. After being detained in his house, he was killed by the military junta, 1975).
