Description
Members of the L.A. Police Dept. and the L.A. Fire Dept. with a miniature model oil derrick, planning the prevention of oil field fires. In the 1920's L.A. was pumping one-fifth of all the oil being pumped in the world, and oil fires were frequent. View 1: three men stand on a table to look at a model of an oil derrick.
