Photograph of Lawn Bowling State Meet at Arroyo Seco Park Green, September 3, 1937. Rows of men and roofed benches can be seen almost parallel to the viewer. A paved sidewalk delineates the park the park is divided into three rectangular grassy courts, extending towards the background, on which the rows of men are located. In each court, two men are facing directly to another party of two, either standing by small dark balls or holding one while throwing them towards the direction of the opposite group each group is standing by a white mat. The site is surrounded by trees and a hillside is visible in the far background.
