Description
Group of men gathered at site of ground breaking for Montgomery Hotel, South First Street at San Antonio, San Jose. Hotel Mongomery was first listed in city directories in 1911-12. Featured in the "City with a Past" exhibit with caption: Ground breaking for the Montgomery Hotel, 1911. The arched structure is the T and D Vaudeville House, which later became the Mission Theater.
