Photograph caption dated February 20, 1961 reads, "Chart in background shows various drugs used by addicts." The article partially reads, "Last year some 70 juveniles were arrested in the Valley on narcotics charges, but detectives are the first to admit this was a drop in the bucket compared to the narcotics traffic that goes undetected."
