"The first four buildings containing 102 apartments of the $2 million College Fair Apartments development have been completed on the south side of Fair Oaks Boulevard near Fulton Avenue. Each group of buildings contains a rectangular courtyard. The courtyard shown is in the newly completed unit. Each has a heated swimming pool, cabana and other recreational facilities. The rear building group of similar design will be completed about October 15th. It also will contain a gymnasium. The development is owned by Dr. John Kassis and Frank Ranells, a sacramento businessman. A set back driveway in front gives easy access"
