Description
Judge Sumner and Harold Jarvis debate the Property Tax measure Proposition 13. Proposition 13 limited the property taxes for homeowners and is still debated today. Proposition 13 was a landmark property tax case that is still controversial. Seeing how the issue was debated before passage in 1978 would be valuable for anyone studying the topic.
