Description: Letter expresses regret that his May 31st letter to Kurt Wenzel did not arrive until May 17! Also President Ayub Khan was leaving shortly on an extended trip, which would make it impossible to line up a sequence with him. Even so, the post reminisces frequently on BH's visit there, and he hopes to see him after he returns to Washington in August.
