Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated April 7, 1960 reads, "Workmen begin widening of Moorpark street bridge over Tujunga Wash from two to four lanes. Project will cost $55,526 and is scheduled for completion in less than four months. Contract calls for widening bridge between Radford and Gentry avenues as well as its approaches and installing street lighting and storm drains. It will eliminate longtime hazard of four-lane thoroughfare narrowing into two lanes of traffic over bridge."
