Photograph of Mexican Consul Hon. Rafael de la Colina presenting Mexican police badges to three men, December 3, 1931. Deputy Sheriff Edward Ayres and Henry W. Wright, Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors at left, Hon. Rafael de la Colina at center, and Chief Deputy Sheriff Frank Dewar, at right, are pictured at what appears to be a dinner table, dressed in suits. Three men wear badges, and one can be seen having a badge pinned to his lapel by Hon. Rafael de la Colina. Paintings of mountains can be seen hung on the wooden wall behind the men.
