Hand-written notes taken verbatum by Vischer from Alfred Robinson's description of the Bay of San Francisco (1846). Note paper folded in half and hand-sewn with string. Notes include descriptions of the San Francisco Bay, the Mission Dolores, Santa Clara, and San Jose.
