Description
U.S. Coast Guard Uniform, Chief Petty Officer, Communications, "dress blues." Dark navy wool twill jacket, double breasted style; two rows of three brass buttons, two lower ones breast pocket. Shield shaped insignia (1 1/4") on lower right sleeve, stars & stripes in gold metallic. Left sleeve (upper) has one star (silver) above eagle (silver) & chevron in gold (lower) has band of 4 gold stripes. Lined in same color. Waist straight, no cuff. Buttons on inner waist band for suspenders.
